Oregonâs 2021 Legislature passed House Bill 3273, which prohibits the release of a booking photo by a law enforcement agency to the public. For our citizens in Linn County, effective January 1, 2022 this means we are no longer allowed to publish the booking photo of adults in custody on our âCurrent Adults in Custodyâ roster.
